At Apple Student Tours, each of our tour organizers is provided a dedicated support team both pre-trip and on-trip.

Your Pre-Trip Team is comprised of:

 

Vice President, Operations

Our Vice President of Operations is responsible for reviewing every itinerary before it gets to you to ensure that all final itineraries are correct.

  • Air Department: Our air department works diligently every day to ensure that you get the flights that you want!
  • Ground Department: Our ground department works diligently with all of our vendors on the east coast to ensure that you get the best of everything that is available to you!

 

Regional Travel Consultant

Every tour organizer will have their own, dedicated Regional Travel Consultant that works with them to create their own, customized tour.  Our team of Regional Travel Consultants are experts on all of the different cities and venues within each that you can visit and will provide insights and help provide guidance (if requested) so that you can create the best possible itinerary for you!  They will also assist in all trip promotional activities and perhaps most importantly, present to your families at each of your trip parent meeting and trip departure meetings.

 

Customer Support Representative

Every tour organizer will also have their own dedicated customer support representative that will assist you with any and all billing and pre-trip travel related needs.
