Flight and hotel information is shared before pricing is even finalized so that you have the information and flexibility to opt into whatever YOU want. Providing this level of information sharing allows us to customize your tour to your exact specifications so that you always get exactly what you want!
Additionally, you will have a dedicated team supporting you every step of the way. We handle all billing and all parent inquiries, we schedule all of your appointments and your dedicated Regional Travel Consultant will come to every parent meeting to describe the program to your parents and answer any / all parent questions (this will happen every year for all parent registration meetings and departure meetings). There is nothing our group leaders need to do to make the trip a success other than inspire their students / families on why this experience is so memorable and meaningful!
