Customer Service
Each of our tour coordinators has their own customer service representative. They are always available to answer your questions as well as any questions from our traveling families
Air Department
Our air department is constantly searching for the best possible flight components for you @ the best possible rate. If we find something better, we’ll share that (and the cost savings) with you!!
Ground Department
Our ground department books everything for you so you don’t need to do a thing. They book all your hotels, luxury bus transportation, meals and entrance tickets to all requested venues. They also schedule all requested appointments such as Capitol Building Tour, Arlington Wreath Laying Ceremony, etc.
Regional Travel Consultant
Your Regional Travel Consultant will always be with you to assist in providing expert knowledge on all potential cities and sites to visit. They will also be at all parent registration meetings and departure meetings to provide the Apple Student Tours face to your parents, thoroughly explain the program, assist in the registration drive and answer all parent questions.
ON-TRIP
24 Hour Private Tour Manager
At Apple Student Tours, we take customer service to a whole new level. This approach begins with your private tour manager. Your tour manager meets you at your departure airport, checks the group in & pays for any / all baggage fees, flies with you to the east coast and is with you every step of the way on your tour. While you’re on the east coast, they pre-check the group into their hotels, manage all your entrance tickets and meal money and are there for you for ANY problem that may arise while you are on tour (sick child, etc). Lastly, they check your group in when you are departing for home and again pay for any / all baggage fees.
Licensed Professional Tour Guide
You will be provided with a licensed professional tour guide in every city that you visit. On average, our guides have 10 years experience or more with student groups and are phenomenal at making this a fun and educational experience that they will always remember!
Professional Bus Driver
Each group will have their own luxury motor coach that is with them from the moment they land until the time they have departed home. Our bus drivers are great at engaging with the kids, are extremely knowledgeable about the best ways to get around in each of the cities that you visit and are always there for our customers.
Private Night Security
In every hotel, we provide licensed and bonded night security professionals to monitor the hallways and make sure that the kids stay in their rooms and allow our chaperones to get a good nights sleep!
24 Hour Emergency Call Center
Should anything arise, we provide a 24 live call center that parents or travelers can call and get in touch with Apple Student Tours immediately!
